Strength for real life.

Steel & Wheels is not tied to four walls. We train outdoors, in real conditions, building fitness that carries into real life.

Our Mission

Steel & Wheels exists to empower everyday athletes through an outdoor strength and conditioning program paired with a supportive community. We build confidence and capability to tackle adventures, live fully, and play harder beyond the gym.

We train everyday athletes for real life adventures.

Core Values

Community first: we sweat together, encourage each other, and celebrate effort. Grit Over Ego: we believe effort matters more than experience and strength is earned through showing up and doing the work. Everyday athletes belong: our training meets people where they are and supports them as they grow, no matter their starting point.

Strength & Conditioning

This is training for real-world strength. We focus on lifting well, moving efficiently, and building resilience through proven strength and conditioning methods that work outdoors and translate everywhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions

While Steel & Wheels is a mobile gym, we train in a dedicated parking lot of Thousand Hills Church in Hickory Creek. This gives us plenty of room to move safely and intentionally and brings the gym outside and into real-world conditions.
