Training for real life

Steel & Wheels was built on a simple belief: fitness should make you better at life.

Not just better at workouts — but stronger, more capable, and more confident in whatever life throws your way.

Whether that means running your first race, chasing a new adventure, or simply having the strength and energy to keep up with the life you love.

Steel & Wheels exists to help everyday athletes train with purpose, challenge themselves, and build strength that lasts.

How Steel & Wheels started

It started with a vision of creating something different… a place where people could train hard, support each other, and experience fitness outside of 4 walls.

The idea was simple: bring strength and conditioning workouts outdoors and build a community around them.

To make that possible, my husband built our custom gym trailer completely from scratch. The trailer is packed with everything needed for a full strength and conditioning workout: squat racks, pull up bars, barbells, dumbbells, and conditioning equipment.

That trailer is now the heart of Steel & Wheels. It allows us to bring the gym to outdoor spaces so you can train hard, breathe fresh air, and experience fitness outside four walls.

Meet your coach: Maggie

I’ve spent over a decade coaching group fitness and helping people discover what they’re capable of.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful consistent training and community support can be. I’ve watched people run their first races, lift weights they never thought possible, and build confidence that carries far beyond the workout.

That’s why I created Steel & Wheels.

My goal as a coach is simple:
to help people feel stronger, more capable, and proud of what their bodies can do.

Certifications:
